A New Book Every Day
The Williamsburg (VA) Public Library launches a new book weblog, Blogging for a Good Book, which offers one book review each weekday. The 'Categories' list in the sidebar helps locate reviews by type of book -- graphic novels, children's books, mysteries, memoirs, books with clever dialogue, books where setting is important, etc.
Books recently reviewed include The Taste of Country Cooking, a memoir by Edna Lewis; Bill James' Harpur and Iles crime fiction series; Captain Alatriste by Arturo Perez-Reverte; Persuader by Lee Child; and The Stand (complete and uncut edition), by Stephen King.
