Free E books Project Gutenberg

Project Gutenberg is a nonprofit, which is putting 300,000 books online, available for free download! This special program will last from July 4-Aug 4. Included are fiction, nonfiction, and reference books that are no longer protected by copyright. There will also be some classical music. Click on "Free E books Project Gutenberg" above to take you to the link. Remember, too, that you can always get free e books for downloading at our consortium's website, www.sailsinc.org.

Summer Learning Experience

Bishop Feehan High School has a new twist on the traditional summer reading requirements, and Feehan students are required to read, listen, and analyze some art. As always, we've established a summer reading section near the YA books, with Feehan and Mansfield High titles available. Summertime Adult Reading Challenge

Please join our adult reading challenge for summer 2006! The rules are simple:

1. Read a book or listen to an unabridged book on audio
2. Submit an entry for each item
3. Winners will be chosen from the entries...prizes!!
4. Event begins June 26th

Six staff members and two of their relatives are walking tonight as part of the "Mansfield Cares" team, raising money for the American Cancer Society.
